Happy 4th Birthday to Marsya

Yesterday was her Birthday. Happy Birthday si Busuk Mummy! This afternoon, her teachers going to celebrate her birthday at school. Later at night we'll celebrate with another birthday cake at home.

Mother's Day

This year, Mother's day is so meaningful to me. Marsya made me a mother's day card (of course with her teacher's help). I am really touched :) (first time kan...). The orang lidi inside the card - the tallest one in the middle is papa, on the left side is mummy and on the right side is Marsya. The note from her teacher - " Ini Marsya lukis, dia kata ini mummy dengan Marsya. Marsya nak lukis gambar mummy peluk Marsya, tapi Marsya tak pandai lukis. He .he..comel!"

Marsya got a new toy. It's a puppy in a cage. Cat takde pulak, tapi puppy pun ok lah!

April's Entry

During this pregnancy, I suffer from bad morning sickness. Tidak boleh tahan...Dalam mabuk-mabuk tu sempat jugak shopping. Konon this pregnancy takde mood nak shopping. Hari ni banyak beli necessity. Contohnya my make up stock, petty coat pants type...I got rm170 vouchers ..yahooo...Satu barang yang bukan keperluan tapi dibeli jugak disebabkan dah 3x pegi tengok itu havana crocs. At last I bought that havana in bronze color. Nak pakai pegi kerja during this sem break...

Earth Hour

Kami pun Earth Hour jugak...for 1/2 an hr...The 1st half hr, we were outside. We only switched off the light but not the other appliances. :D

Gathering

We decided to meet up at Mid Valley. Faye looks slim and Chris is in her 3rd trimester pregnancy. As usual, the topics mostly about the other friends...si A di mana?, kerja mana?, anak berapa? LOL! We had lunch at Nandos then continue our conversation at Saint Cinammon. I didn't purchase anything for myself except Marsya asked for a new toy. Shirley and hubby came late. Borak-borak lagi and I decided to leave at 3.30.

Makan-makan hujung minggu

Today we just stay at home. No nasi lemak pakcik hegeh-hegeh coz bersemangat masak breakfast. So what we have today for breakfast...

Omelete yang tak menjadi, I scramble saja..lol, maybe too thick.


Homemade mushroom soup with garlic bread





For lunch, sambal ketam for Zaidi. I tak makan, Marsya and I just have sayur bening, ikan tenggiri goreng and mesti ada sambal belacan. Mmm nyum..nyum.




For dinner, I cook baked macaroni topped with cheddar and mozarella cheese. I really love this one.






And last but not least my kitchen. Though it's too small, still good enough for me to cook delicious and healthy meal..konon..lol! Bersepahnya kitchen Ku!

Aktiviti hari Sabtu

I love to shop grocery items at Cold Storage. I can get fresh herbs, imported veges and lots imported groceries. It's been a while I didn't cook western food. Out of sudden I feel I want to cook and some more I haven't use the oven yet. I cooked spageti bolognaise for me and marsya, sirloin steak for Zaidi and grilled vegetables. This was the first time I grilled vegetables and it turned out to be an excellent side dish. I used fresh oregano for the pasta sauce instead of the dry one. And the steak, I just marinade with paprika, sea salt and fresh ground pepper. The steak was tender and juicy and not well done.
